If you find that your CFDocument PDF output bears poor image quality, it may be a quick fix. Double check the resolution on your image. Is it 72dpi? This may be your problem.

Images which are saved for web use are generally saved at 72dpi for file size considerations. Try saving your images for use in PDF output at 300 dpi. You should see a noticeable improvement in the PDF image quality.
