Probably not worthy of a blog post, but the solution was so simple, yet finding it was so hard!

Are you sending emails to yourself, or support team, from your website? Do you find that the beginning portion of the email is being trucated?

And, finally, does the first line of your email message look like an email header? For example:

Name: Test Person

You are probably somewhat familiar with email headers, they take the format seen above (key, colon, value). If you don't have a blank space at the top of your email body, and your first line looks like a header, your email client just might consider it to be one.

Easiest solution – make sure your email body always has a blank line at the top.
